Project Manager
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Plan, coordinate, and manage real estate construction projects from initiation through completion while ensuring project timelines, quality standards, and objectives are achieved.
- Supervise project progress, resources, contractors, and site teams while ensuring construction activities remain aligned with approved plans and schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections, identify project risks or delays, and coordinate timely solutions to maintain smooth project execution.
- Work closely with engineers, consultants, contractors, and management teams while maintaining comprehensive project documentation, progress reports, and updates.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple project activities simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Site Supervisor
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site to ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and workers to maintain smooth and efficient site operations.
- Inspect ongoing construction work to ensure quality standards, proper workmanship, and required safety practices are consistently maintained.
- Monitor materials, manpower, and daily progress while identifying site issues and reporting updates to the Project Manager for timely resolution.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction site supervision, preferably within the real estate or building construction industry.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Generate, qualify, and follow up with potential clients to promote and sell Al Sheikh Group’s residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Conduct professional property presentations, explain project features and payment plans, and guide clients throughout the sales process.
- Arrange and conduct site visits while understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable property options.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Manage customer payment collections and monitor installment schedules across Al Sheikh Group’s real estate projects to ensure timely recoveries.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers regarding pending and overdue payments while maintaining professional and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate recovery records, monitor outstanding receivables, and prepare regular recovery reports for management.
- Coordinate with customers, sales, accounts, and management teams to resolve payment-related concerns and develop effective strategies to improve recovery performance.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recovery, collections, customer relations, or preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and customer relationship management skills.
